- Primarily I am a Professional Chef for high-end  Private / Yacht / Villa Clients & Consulting Hospitality Expert for Commercial Land-based clients (Hotels & Restaurants)

- I also arrange and manage bespoke events and tailored itineraries mainly in Barcelona and Mallorca and further afield by arrangement
